    Graduate Assistant - KU Presents! / KU Ticket Office – University Box Office Assistant

    The graduate assistant for the Kutztown University Ticket Office is responsible for coordinating staffing and operations of ticketed events, including KU Presents! performances and intercollegiate athletic events. The position will also train and supervise ticket sales staff.

    Responsibilities include:

    1. Assist with all facets of the daily operations of the Ticket Office, ensuring compliance with the University, state, and federal laws, policies, and regulations.
    2. Assist with the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution.
    3. Assist with reviewing ticketing needs and procedures with campus users;
    4. Organize and coordinate event day ticket office and on-site operations to enhance the patron experience with the ticketing process.
    5. Identify and target group ticket sale opportunities with individuals and businesses.
    6. Assist with the development of policies and procedures with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operations of the unit.
    7. Perform related duties as assigned
