Work in coordination with the Director of Athletics to construct a long-term, student-athlete development programs including but not limited to, academic support, career development, diversity/equity/inclusion, community relations and health and wellbeing. Provide oversight for programming and event planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of student-athlete development initiatives as well as staff development related to student-athlete support.
This position will work with Student Athlete Advisory Committee to identify the needs of student-athletes and serve as a liaison between student-athletes and administration.
This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours per fall and spring semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per fall and spring semester. Please contact Patrick Rojvall for additional information if needed at rojvall@kutztown.edu.
