    College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Project Coordinator

    The Kutztown University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is offering a graduate assistantship beginning fall 2023 in the Dean’s Office, Graduate Center.  This position would be for 300 hours/semester (20 hours/week) and requires enrollment of 9 or more graduate credits/semester.  It provides a tuition waiver and a stipend of $3,750/semester. 

    The successful candidate is responsible for project management of the Stand-Out Students and planning of the Dean’s Scholars’ Reception. Duties include but are not limited to conducting interviews, transcription, photography, video editing, writing material for publication, keeping detailed records, preparing reports, coordinating with undergraduate student workers, and event planning.

    Candidates must be self-motivated and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Technology experience with Zoom, Adobe Premier (or other video editing software), Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel will be considered for this position. Students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences are preferred, but other graduate programs will be considered.
