Duties will include: communicate with prospective students for EdD in Transformational Teaching and Learning program; answering questions about the application process; plan, promote, and present at open houses; assist faculty members with course material organization and possible engagement in literature searches; organize cohort retreats and orientations; maintain program handbook, with program director, and update content annually; support doctoral students with digital portfolio construction; understanding dissertation processes, and essential programmatic information and developments; assist in development of course rewrites and curriculum mapping; and conduct surveys and support data-driven initiatives to improve cohort experience.
This position is for 13.3 hours/week of work (200 hours per fall and spring semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 6 graduate credits plus a stipend of $2,500 per fall and spring semester. For additional information: rutter@kutztown.edu.
