The Graduate Assistant (GA) for Student Success and Transfer Engagement is a 20-hour-per-week position supporting transfer student success through outreach, articulation coordination, data analysis, and transfer-focused initiatives. The GA reports to a Student Success & Academic Excellence designee to support institutional goals related to transfer retention, persistence, and degree completion.
This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours per semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester. Please contact Briana Tyler for additional information if needed at tyler@kutztown.edu.
