    Graduate Assistant - KUSBDC – Coordinator for Community Initiatives and Business Logistics

    The Kutztown Small Business Development Center is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Graduate Assistant to serve as the Coordinator for Community Initiatives and Business Logistics. This position will support the Neighborhood Assistant Grant, engage in community work for underserved clients, and assist in programming and logistics for the Small Business Development Center. Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement community outreach programs for the Neighborhood Assistant Grant. Engage with underserved communities to identify needs and provide support. Develop and execute programming for small business development initiatives. Manage logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and program delivery. Conduct research and analysis to support program development and improvement.

    This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours for the spring semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester.  Please contact Rachael Wolfe for additional information if needed at rwolfe@kutztown.edu.
