This role is designed to support entrepreneurs and small business owners in optimizing their financial health for loan preparation and business planning. This position entails a thorough analysis of financial data, guiding clients from nascent startups to established small businesses. The successful candidate will possess a robust foundation in accounting and finance principles, enabling them to dissect and interpret complex financial information accurately. Crucial to this role is a strong capability for one-on-one consulting, where clear communication and effective interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with clients and the Finance Team. This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in financial consulting within a dynamic business environment, making it ideal for individuals seeking to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting. Through this role, the Graduate Assistant will play a key part in empowering businesses.
